Help with wholesaling
I just started my first LLC. I have been focused on buying properties for buy and hold purposes and I want to do some wholesaling as well. My question is I have recently come across a property way below market value, so far below in fact that its cheaper then any of my lenders will lend on, how can I go about getting the property bought and then having it wholesaled to me at an increased price to get the value up to be able to get the loan to pay for it? Any information anyone can give would be greatly appreciated
