Best places to invest in single family properties in Florida ?

Planning to invest in Florida. Any recommendations on places to invest/not invest. I’ve done my home work and have a list of my areas that are worth it. I would like to know what anyone else has to add!

Everywhere I am not haha Just kidding I really like Jacksonville and Orlando, you have to be very careful when picking locations within those cities though, especially JAX.
