Hi guys my name is Ali and I’m a newbie trying to get my feet wet in real estate. I currently own a single family home with about 120k in equity. My question is how do I leverage that equity from my primary residence and use it towards acquiring a multi family rental. I live In Long Island New York. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you guys.
