Can I get out of this real estate auction contract?

Hello,

Ugh. Hate that my first post on this forum is to get guidance on a mistake that may cost me... but here we go... I recently won a bid on a property that was marketed as a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. When I inspected the property there was one bedroom and another door that appeared to be a door to the second bedroom. After further investigation (after I signed the contract) I discovered that the door leads to the back of the house. I now would like to back out of the contract because the house only has one bedroom and not two like the description on the auction website.

Would love to hear if anything faced a similar situation and was able to get out... Help!
