PROBATE CASE QUESTION

Nathaniel Wayman

Posted

I am new to investing but not new to real estate. I have been in the real estate industry for over 15 years mostly commercial. Just starting to dabble in my own investments.

I have begun doing some marketing for motivated sellers and I am wanting to market to probate cases.

My question is this: How do you know if there is real estate attached to a probate case? Is there a specific document that I should be looking at that gives a list of the assets in probate?

Thank you in advance for your help!
