Multiple Agents for buying

Aaron S Fletcher
Posted

Hey everyone my fiance and I are having some difficulty narrowing down our agent. We have 4 close friends that all have their license and our first agent that sold us our first house. Before we move forward we were wondering if it would be wrong to offer all of them an equal chance to work with us. Basically  we would tell all of them the criteria of what we are looking for and whomever brings us good deals we work with. In our minds it makes sense, but we don't want to be rude if this is not okay. Let us know what you think. Thanks.

@Aaron S Fletcher you can do this but if you do I'd expect subpar service from all of them because they will see it as unlikely they will get the sale.
