Hello investors! I’ve been eager to start investing in Real Estate. Looking for mainly single family properties, potentially a small multi family for a house hack. I just wanted some insight from other investors. Would you look into purchasing a property today or wait a few months until the dust settles? Thanks so much In advance for any response!
