Hello BP,

Any Connecticut investors who have minimal or decades of experience investing out of state? What has your experienced been like? Where are you investing and why? What are your thoughts on the future of real estate investing in Connecticut versus out of state?

@Dilman R. I have a multifamily in Rochester, NY and live in SE CT. However, the reason I have that property is because we used to live in NY. It is a good place to invest, but now that we’ve lived in CT for 8 years, I’m more than ready to buy investment properties locally. There’s some good opportunities locally, and I want to be close enough to go over to the property to manage it, instead of self managing from 6 hours away :)
