Mortgage Lender Recommendation in Raleigh, NC

Can anyone recommend a mortgage lender in the Raleigh area that has experience working with a rehab loan. We are currently searching for <$400k home that we would then put ~$150k in to. This will be our main housing, so not exactly an investment property. Also, this is the first time I would be doing something of this size, so really only looking for highly experienced professionals.
