Newbie trying to get first BRRRR

Hi BP community, I'm a newbie trying to do first BRRRR and have a potentially great ‘all cash as is' deal lined up but seller wants to close by Friday for me to get the deal $19000 instead of $29000 if I wait.

I’m worried that title search won’t be completed and any lien or judgements would be transferred to me even though my realtor said that wouldn’t.

So my big question is a title always free and clear from any liens and judgements when you’re closing ?

@Subrina Balram If the seller is rushing you to get done without title insurance you should definitely wait and get that done first.  You could always clear title later, but it will cost you time and money.  Liens or judgements could attached to the property, but not you if you closed without getting a title commitment and title insurance.
