Multifamily financing in Georgia - how to finance 3 duplexes?

Was wondering how to finance 3 duplexes purchased from the same lender. Is this residential, commercial financing and if commercial, what type of commercial loan?

Note that I have <10 properties and the property in question is <$500K.
