How strick is the deed of covenant if its fourth years old?
I want to subdivide five acres of land I own and build homes to rent out. However, the deed of covenant is from the eighties. It says what I can not do, and what I can do. The deed of covenant states I cannot subdivide. Do I have to follow the deed of covenant or can I get it overturned?
I understand the reason for the document is to protect the property values of the neighborhood.
