I am looking to House Hack in Sacramento area with SFH by renting out each rooms. I am looking at 4-5 bdrooms, Any tips or red flags for starting out?

@Kamldeep Singh thank you for sharing. First, I would highly recommend reading Set for Life by Scott Trench and The House Hacking Strategy by Craig Curelop. This books are very strong fundamentals that walk you through this journey. One thing I've learned when starting out is to look at things one step at a time so as not to get overwhelmed. Another thing I would mention is make sure you find a good agent--interview a few. Good luck!
