Joint Venture Flip do we list both business names on contract

We are going to be doing our first joint venture flip . Our partner is funding the whole deal and we are doing the rest and spitting profit 50/50. Do we list both LLC's on the contracts? And does anyone have a contact they use that they would be willing to share? Thank you 😊
