Hey guys,

Anyone else like subject to transactions as much as I do? :)

Looking to close on one in the Kansas City Metro. Any recommendations for attorneys and/or title companies?

I have an awesome attorney that I use but need a backup in such case he isn't available.

Any referrals are greatly appreciated! You're awesome!
