New Stadium Projected to be built
There is a triplex property that I am interested in, that I would consider a C class property. It's walking distance from a new stadium that is due to be built for a popular football team. I am hesitant but because I'm not sure how the new stadium may affect the market values of the area. Does anyone have experience with something like this in their area?
