Best way to track a market (Listed for Sale/Sold)

Hey all,

Wondering what tools all the professionals use to track their markets for every home that is put on the market, or sold during a specific time frame. I recently bought a subscription to Propsteam, and really enjoy how much data they have on individual homes, but want to try to avoid having to pay an additional fee for a list automation service. Open to all methods !
