How to start on multifamily? Refinance?
I have one free and clear SFR investment property that has appreciated $80,000 on the last ten years and a second property around the same area and same price range which I currently owe $40,000 over the next 20 years and receive a cash flow of $200/mo. I have been interested on multifamily properties for a while, however I am not sure what will be my next best financial decision to make. Should I look into multifamily and cash out from my single family properties? Or is there a more clever way around this situation?
