Can I sell to my section 8 tenant?

I'm wondering if I can sell to a tenant who has occupied property for over 15 years.

I'm thinking of selling but also wondering if the program helps tenants purchase?

If so does anyone have any experience with this?

Are there any restrictions such as condition of home, sales price etc.

It seems it could be beneficial to both parties if this is an option.

My only reason to not do this if it is an option is because the money wouldn't be liquid so i could purchase another property which is the main point of selling. Maybe there's a way around that. There is plenty of equity in the property. Just considering things any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
