Cheap Tax Deed/Lien States

Good Afternoon,

I am looking for areas to invest in tax delinquent land through a tax deed sale or tax lien sale in areas that offer cheap property. I would also need for these areas to allow bidding/purchase online as well. Does anyone have any tips of where to look? Thanks in advance for the help.
