Help me find my new market
I currently invest in IL & IN, and I'm thinking about diversifying to a different cash-flow state. I will probably use a turnkey type of company to purchase, instead of a fixer-upper or buy straight from MLS.
I have Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, and Arkansas in my mind. Do you have any recommendation in terms of location and company?
Thanks!

Flag on the play. IN is a cash flow state, and presumably you know it better than any new market you'd be venturing into, so why abandon IN?
