Which is a better long term investment?
Option A: A condo with condo fee of $230 priced between $245000 - $250000 (current comps 250000)
Option B : A Condo with condo fee of $300 priced at $240000 (current comps 270000)
Both are foreclosures.
In the long term, the condo fee is only going to go up. Please also help me understand how you analyze which one is better.
