Managing Parent and Subsidiary
Let say I have a Parent LLC that owns a Subsidiary LLC and I am the Member Manager of the Parent and the Manager of the Subsidiary.
When signing documents on the subsidiary, do I sign as the Manager of the sub? Do I have to mention the parent entity at all. I am thinking that being the Manager of the sub would allow me to bypass the parent when signing docs. No??
Can the signature look like this?
Subsidiary, LLC
