Covid-19 and your next move

Now that things are in the beginning stages of settling down from Covid-19, what is your next move? Are you buy and hold investors going to hang tight and wait until we are on the other side of this or are you going to become more aggressive and take advantage of what is to come over the next 12 months?

I invest in Memphis, TN. I have closed on 3 investment deals this year and I plan to close on at least 9-11 more buy and hold rental properties in Memphis this year.
