Houston Attorney/Land Flipping Pro Needed - Seller Financing Help

Hi BiggerPockets! My name is Brandon Davis. I've been flipping land for about 6 months and I get a lot of questions from buyers regarding owner/seller financing. I've been doing a lot of reading but I need some help. Basically, does anyone know a real estate attorney or land flipper in the Houston/Spring,TX area who can give guidance on owner financing. I need to make sure I have a good contract, understand all of the laws in TX regarding seller financing and have a contract written to reflect my best interest. Please help!
