Buying a Multi Family
Hello All,
First, let me say thank you in advance. I am new investor and appreciate all the good advice.
Currently, I live in Texas. I bought my first house with an FHA LOAN. I bought my condo with a conventional loan. I also own a townhouse as a rental.
How can I buy a 3 or 4 multi unit as a primary residence and use bank financing but with out the 25 percent down?
