Austin Texas Small Multifamily..Interesting numbers..price drops

Currently there are 110 multifamily properties on the market that fall within the duplex to fourplex category. The market has slowed down. Some sellers are coming to grips with the new normal. 26 have lowered their prices since bringing to market. I expect to see some good deals.

Almost all are still neg on cash flow with 25% down but we should be hopeful!
