Real Estate and Private Equity Investments

Hello Everybody,

I am a new real estate investor who lives in the Toronto area. Given the current circumstances with the virus, I am wondering how many of you are holding up.

Also, I am torn on what would be the best approach given the very hot Ontario real estate market for a newbie. I have about 100k saved up and I am open to investing in any area within a hour of Toronto. If you where in my position what would you do? Buy rental property? Flip? BRRR?

Please let me know.

Thank you and God bless.
