Covid 19 and investments in NJ

My husband and I finished our first solo flip on March of this year. We invest in NJ. My question is now with all the covid 19 going on, the way the market in general is moving and the increase of unemployment which can affect future buyers. What are you guys doing as far as investing? Flips or buy-holds? Or just wait a few months to see how the market reacts?
