Greetings, 

A couple months back I noticed I was approaching my 100th post, and I wanted to bring value with post 100. Since many people reach out to me regarding San Diego Househacking, I was going to discuss the topic. When California put into effect the Shelter-in-Place, I brainstormed how I can bring more value to our current situation. There were so many things changing everyday with the market and lending, it would be hard to share information that would be relevant moving forward. 

Assisting an active duty service member to HouseHack using a VA Loan, I realised our offer became substantially stronger overnight.

Also with everyone on Zoom, and people wanting meetups, it made sense I reach out to a friend and mastermind partner @David Pere from Military to Millionaire to have a live zoom conversation regarding the buyer power of an active duty service member. We will be going live 3:30pm pst Monday April 20th. 

Yes we are based in San Diego, yet I feel this is relevant throughout the Country. So if your in Pensacola FL, Virginia Beach, Charleston SC, Honolulu HI, Tacoma WA, Colorado Springs or anywhere else feel free to reach out.
