Scenario for Seller Financing for this deal.
Hello, I came across a 3 family for sale. building looks ok, but rent
is below market. Trying to see if owner would finance. Attached is the
Cap for review.
Please let me know if its worth it, or how to make it worth it. Price is at $208,000
This is the scenario:
Buyer puts 10% down, seller holds a 20% second and bank finances 70%
Let me know what you think. bellow is an image of the Cap.
