What ever happened to that "32 unit rent strike in Houston" guy?

That post caused 100 pages.  I can't find it (sorry, I suck at using BP).  I think there were a few people who questioned if it was real or not.  I even reached out to him to see if I could help with off-site advise and never heard back.

Anyone know?  It might have been a Boston vs. Houston guy.  Or it might have been a flipper.  But I'm pretty sure it was just a buy/hold apartment investor.
