Form an LLC in my residing state or investment property state?

Hello! I'm looking to purchase my next investment property out of state (in Oklahoma) and would like to purchase it in an LLC. I currently live in Arizona. Should I form the LLC here in AZ or in OK? I'm also Active Duty military and will have to move again in the next couple of years. My CPA suggested I form it in OK since I won't be in AZ forever.

I have the option of paying $500 to an Oklahoma RE attorney right now to create it for me but would rather avoid paying that if I can just create it myself. I'm also not sure what to expect in terms of annual costs... does anyone have any experience with ongoing costs of an LLC in either AZ or OK??

When going through the OK Sec of State website in setting it up myself, would the "Principal Place of Business" be the investment address in OK or my residence in AZ?

Thanks in advance for any help!

-Ali
