Is anyone actually buying from wholesalers right now?

Hi team,

I'm looking for some opinions on the state of the state, so to speak.

What investors out there are still buying from wholesalers? Comps are probably unstable, hard money is locked up (so I hear), so it seems like most investors need to be making a cash play in an uncertain market. Are you getting in there or waiting to see how things shake out? No one wants to catch a falling knife, but where there is blood in the streets there is also great deals.

Either way, what's your rationale?
