Profitable Flip - Was - Now Is - Fun in the Kitchen Here's How

I'm completing a flip in Phoenix that has been for Fun & Profit.

I bought off market for $5,000 to the seller and taking over their $161,000 mortgage using Subject To. From CA I found the property through a contact in AZ. I presold for $325,000 without listing in the MLS

First, find the ugliest kitchen in the neighborhood:

Then give it the old "heave ho"

Then design the space and double the kitchen

Put  a few things in

Buyer bought it (No MLS), in this condition for full asking, at this step and is waiting for us to finish

(It's all in the marketing)

And almost complete

All in under 42 minutes just like they do on HGTV. ;-) (NOT!!)

Still, it's been a lot of fun.
