Securing Bank Financing

I am a landlord finishing up my 2nd year for a property that my wife and I own. We are currently searching for additional real estate property to acquire. We are also, considering starting an LLC so that we can protect our main residence. My question is, how difficult will it be to secure financing through a bank for an investment property under a new LLC? Any advice or recommendations are appreciated. Thank you.
