Agent is also the owner pros/cons
I recently found a property that is owned by the listing agent. As I spoke with her she asked if I had an agent or if I’d be using her. I opted to use her and say said it would save me some money. This is my first purchase (if it happens). What are the potential pros and cons of using the listing agent/owner as my agent to purchase the agent/owner’s property? Good or bad idea?
