New Construction Subdivision in a Mediocre neighborhood
Hey there. I recently discovered new construction subdivision that was built in the middle of a neighborhood that averages comps of about mid 300s. I was wondering if the new construction being built in this location decrease its value due to its location in a cheaper neighborhood? Here is a link to the properties.

I’m still learning and thanks in advance!
