Section 8 Due Diligence
Does anyone have any experience with due diligence with a property that has a section 8 tenant in place already? What extra steps should I take?

Just contact the housing authority that has the contract and have them send you the docs. Do it at least 30’days prior to closing to make sure you get your money the first month you own it.
