Owner finance, then put a mortgage on
Hey BP,
There is a deal I am looking at where I might be able to owner finance. The sellers put too much money in and can't unload. I want to owner finance and then get a mortgage in a year. Has anyone done this and what should I expect from a lender when I bring it to them?
Thanks,
Shane
