Any good books for learning to Invest in Apartment Buildings?

Hey BP, 

I am wondering if anyone knows of any books that are helpful when learning to invest in Apartment buildings. I currently invest in single-family and duplexes, but eventually, I want to scale to larger buildings (8-64 units) and figure I would start the education now. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
