Buying land and building a steel framed home

I just had this idea for my next investment- I am currently doing a live in BRRR as well as house hacking it simultaneously. this August marks 1 year of owning my house that i purchased with an FHA mortgage. My goal was to buy something else for myself and rent my current property. I would really love to own a good amount of land, and stumbled across steel homes. They can be relatively cheap in comparison with building a woof framed house. Does anyone here have any experience or knowledge with buying a parcel of land and building one of these homes? just curious what the overall cost would look like. I understand there are lots of variables, but some advice or direction would be greatly appreciated!
