Hello,
I am a wholesale investor in the Savannah, GA area. I am originally from TX but would like to know what makes a deal a great deal? I have a couple properties that I am unsure if they are good deals to wholesale!
"Motivated seller"
asking price is 89'00, hardly need any repairs (upgrades include: new windows, roof, kitchen cabinets and hardwood floors)
