Good Time to Buy or Bolt?

Buy or Bolt? This is a question that is posed to me daily by anxious investors.  While there are many factors to consider, a good deal is a good deal regardless of economic condition.  The real estate market remains vital in Greater Tampa Bay (Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater); our Governor has designated "real estate" to be an essential business due to the housing demand. In just the past five days, 595 residential properties and 14 Multi-Family properties went under-contract ("pending") here.  In addition, there are more than 5000 residential properties and 89 Multi-Family that are currently pending and moving forward to closing.

While I'm sure this is not the case in all market (and I would appreciate hearing about yours), it is important to remember that the virus won't last but "dirt" will.  Stay safe...
