Thoughts on Buying a Property without Inspection.
Hi BP,
We made an offer on a 6 unit apartment building with healthy cash flow. The Seller has accepted the offer on the condition that we remove the inspection clause, and their reasons for it is that they have another lower offer that does not have an inspection clause, and they don't want to further negotiate after the P&S has been signed. 5 of the 6 units have been renovated in the last 6 months. What are the possible implications of this seller proposal?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

@Aseebulla Niazi don’t waive the inspections. That doesn’t benefit you at all, super risky. You can put in the contract you will not negotiate price based on results. But as a buyer you need to know what you’re getting into. Very odd to me seller is asking to waive, something to hide perhaps.
