Owner financing may soon be a common way to buy real estate

So, due to all this craziness from this new dreaded virus, many people are out of jobs. Even with the help of the new stimulus package in the US of A people may still not have enough money to pay their mortgage if this lasts longer than a few months. Although this is heart breaking and terrible for many individuals it gives the option of owner financing a more viable option in the coming months. I do believe that it will help out the seller (since they won't get foreclosed) and we the investors for getting a great deal.

I have been trying to prepare such as setting up a CRM but I don't know how to go forward with the transaction once a seller says, "Yes". I am looking for resources such as books and paper work that will grow my knowledge of the knitty gritty details. Most everything I learned about this was from Ron LeGrand which doesn't give complete info but mostly an excited pitch. I'm hoping that some of you may send some recommendations my way.

Hope all of you are staying healthy and happy in these trying times.
