Is this really happening?

Allowing people to skip 12 months of Mortgage payments?

This will destroy our economy far worse than 2008 or anything we have ever seen!

sellers would not sell, why sell and then incur a mortgage payment. Might as well sit for 1 year and live mortgage free.

Buyers wouldnt have an incentive to BUY, they likely are getting Free Rent!

Can the Fed afford to pay everyones mortgage for 1 year? Lets say they can..

How does a decimated real estate market look like with 1 year of limited selling or buying. Many industries wiped out!

Our economy pre cv19 was fundamentally sound...this response to cv19 is worse than cv19!
