Washington State "Shelter In Place" Realtors Not Essential

Hey Everyone!

I hope you are all staying safe! Many of you who live in Washington stay probably already know this but I wanted to get the word out just in case. Please take a look at the bulletin below. During "Shelter in place", Realtors are not to conduct any real estate services outside of their homes. Inspectors are not allowed to conduct a home inspection as well but Appraisers are still doing appraisals. Title and Escrow, as well as lenders, are up and running as well. Transactions are able to close, but some of them are taking longer. For properties that are occupied, We have been requesting listing agents have their seller either take video walkthrough tours or do live virtual tours via Face Time, Zoom, etc, etc. There isn't much of a way around houses/properties that are vacant right now.

For the local Realtors on Bigger Pockets (Of if this applies to your state right now), Is there anything else that you heard of or are doing for your current clients/investors?
