Next best foreclosure markets/cities for investors
I know most of us realized this a while ago, but the deals have basically dried up in Phoenix and Las Vegas and some other markets that saw a lot of investors buying the past several years.
Just saw an article stating that now people are looking at Atlanta,Tampa and other Southeastern cities for deals.
