I know most of us realized this a while ago, but the deals have basically dried up in Phoenix and Las Vegas and some other markets that saw a lot of investors buying the past several years.

Just saw an article stating that now people are looking at Atlanta,Tampa and other Southeastern cities for deals.

What does everyone think about this ?

Which markets do you see as having the best opportunity in 2013?
