Continue with the closing or cancel the deal (covid 19 - concern)

Hello Investors, we completed attorney review and other formalities with the lender a couple of weeks ago before this whole lock down situation started.

Now, we want to buy some time. Lender, attorney and realtor are all saying that we should continue with this deal and this is still a good idea from the investment stand point.

This is an investment property (rental). I want to get your opinion if it is a good idea to continue with this deal or wait?
